Swings Drill Still Rings

Hollow

Lie down on your back and contract the abs and glutes. Chest is rounded. The arms should be held straight behind the ears. Hands and toes are pointed. Legs are tight and together. Slightly rise the legs. Stay still in the lowest position that you can hold the arms and legs, without touching the floor and without breaking lower back contact.

Starting position is hollow body. Start rocking back and forth without changing the position of body at any point.

Kick with Legs on Horse

Lie on horse facing up. Grab the horse with your arms. Kick back heels. Legsa are tight and together.

Kicks with Elastic

Hook bungee around the wall bar, height is the level of the hips /belly. Face the wall, hold the elastic. With tight and close arms erase elastic and push backwards behind ears. Body is straight.
